Sonac plants a tree in Brazil for every appointment made at Eurotier

From November 16th-19th 2010, the leading agricultural fair Eurotier, will be held in the German city of Hannover. For each appointment made with one of its representatives during the fair, SONAC will plant a tree in an arboretum within the area selected for reforestation of the Brazilian Paraná River.
 
The Brazilian environmental organization Apoena will plant these trees on behalf of Sonac. Part of the mission of Apoena is the restoration of forests and improving the way of life in communities.
Sonac’s sustainable approach is perfectly in line with this strategy. By means of this action, Sonac hopes to ‘open the eyes’ of other companies in its industry and convince them to also strive for a more sustainable production.
