Sonac has short supply lines for the processing of meat-by-products. In addition we are able to cool down the incoming by-products in order to assure the freshness of our products. On demand we are able to mix meat-by-products and to deliver fresh or frozen. In addition to meat-by-products we are able to supply functional proteins which can help to produce high quality chuncks.

Joint projects with strategic wet perfood customers have been realized in order to meet their specific demands. By using specific functional proteins the palatability of the wet petfood can be enhanced (e.g. with plasma, MucoPro, MPI) or the meat like color appearance improved with the usage of hemoglobin powder.

Using natural meat-by-products is as such already a healty basis for every wet dog or cat food!
